Terms and conditions

1. DEFINITIONS

In these terms and conditions ("Agreement"), the following words or phrases shall have the meanings set out below:

(a) "Customer" refers to any individual purchasing tickets, merchandise, or services from Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy;

(b) "Event" means Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy festival event held annually over six evenings in August at the Canadian Museum of History site;

(c) "Ticket" refers to any ticket purchased by a Customer for admission to an Event; and

(d) "Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy" means Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy, operating as owner and operator of the Event.

2. TICKET SALES AND EVENT ADMISSION

(a) All tickets are non-refundable and shall only be used once during the applicable Event;

(b) Ticket purchases may be made in advance through online sales or on-site at designated ticketing booths;

(c) Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy reserves the right to deny admission to any Customer, including but not limited to those with outstanding financial obligations to Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy.

3. EVENT ADMISSION TERMS

(a) Customers are admitted to Events only upon presentation of a valid Event ticket;

(b) Only authorized staff and service personnel will have access to restricted areas behind event stages and designated backstage areas;

(c) No pets or animals are permitted in the venue area, except for guide dogs assisting individuals with disabilities.

4. EVENT CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR

(a) Customers shall conduct themselves at all times during Events in a manner that does not disturb other attendees or disrupt Event activities;

(b) Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy has the right to remove from the premises any Customer failing to comply with these terms and conditions, without prior warning;

(c) The unauthorized use of drones, remote-controlled aircraft or unmanned aerial vehicles ("UAVs") within Event perimeter is strictly prohibited.

5. RESPONSIBLE ENTERTAINMENT

(a) Customers acknowledge that the Event features games of chance and may be exposed to potentially addictive activities;

(b) Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy shall make reasonably available responsible entertainment tools (deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion options);

(c) Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy encourages Customers to set a personal budget for any potential wins or financial transactions.

6. CHILDREN AND MINORS

(a) Minors under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times during Events;

(b) Children who are unable to enter without assistance, e.g., due to medical condition or physical limitations should contact Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy in advance for specific accommodation arrangements.

7. CANCELLATION OF EVENTS AND RESCHEDULED DATES

(a) In the unlikely event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy's control (adverse weather conditions), notice will be published via official Website, social media and customer email services;

(b) If the Event is rescheduled or postponed for reasons not related to external causes (acts of God), no ticket refunds shall be made unless specifically provided in these terms and conditions.

8. PERSONAL PROPERTIES AND CIVIL LIABILITY

(a) Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy will provide security measures that are reasonable under given circumstances;

(b) Customers acknowledge the inherent risks associated with attendance at Events, including but not limited to loss or damage of personal property;

(c) In any case where damages occur due to negligence on part of third parties or participants in events and activities related thereto during Event time.

9. USE OF PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING EQUIPMENT

(a) Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy has the right at all times, including prior to, during and following Events, to photograph or record customers for promotional purposes;

(b) All photographs taken by Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy shall be considered exclusive property of Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy;

(c) Customers agree not use their own electronic devices in the recording, transmission and/or storage of Event performances, other than as reasonably permitted.

10. SPECIAL NOTICE FOR CANADIAN RESIDENTS

(a) This agreement is subject to laws applicable to Canada;

(b) Any disputes arising under or from these terms shall be governed by Canadian laws.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

(a) These Terms and Conditions are made in and shall be construed according to the Laws of Ontario;

(b) All claims, disputes, controversies or proceedings related thereto shall exclusively be resolved by courts of competent jurisdiction located within that province.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND AMENDMENTS

(a) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Customer and Grands Feux du Casino Lac Leamy regarding attendance at Events;

(b) Changes to these terms may occur without prior notice and take immediate effect, as posted on the official Website and public announcement channels.

13. DEFINITIVE VERSION OF TERMS

(a) In case of discrepancies in translation or interpretation from any languages used hereunder;

(b) This English version prevails over translations and related information made available to Customers through various means.

By purchasing tickets for Events, customers signify that they have carefully read these terms and conditions;
